On February 11, 2011, Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute (HCRDI) signed a contract with Gongqing Company, Vietnam for 12,000t/d cement line installation, marking the beginning of the strategic cooperation between HCRDI and the company. The company admired HCRDI¡¯s mode of development integrating research, design, industry with EPC and outstanding achievements, and expressed the willingness to cement cooperation with HCRDI in various areas.
